Christmas Formal
Bountiful High School held their annual Christmas dance last night. It is a girls choice dance so Michaela asked her pal Cooper Hixson if he wanted to go! They have been friends since junior high and are having a good time in their Drivers Ed class. If you ask Michaela she would tell you that these pictures are for her posterity - Cooper has black tiger stripes in his hair & she wants to show her future children that she got to go with Mufasa to the dance. That's Michaela! They went with one other couple, ate french dip sandwiches, salad & fruit with a chocolate fountain for dinner . The dance was held at the UofU Union Center. They had a great time!

Beautiful Michaela! I love her dress and I have thought of her often since she turned 16, wondering how the "dating scene" was going! Love and miss you guys!
Thanks Heidi! This was her 2nd date & she is having lots of fun. We don't really expect her to get asked out on dates very often though because we have heard that teens don't really go on actual "dates" anymore, they just kinda "hang out". Whatever. They've totally taken all the fun out of it. We really miss you guys. We had sooo much fun this past April. Thanks again for spending time with us!
I can't believe it! Michaela looked so beautiful! What a gorgeous dress. I hope she had a wonderful time! I love seeing her smile so big.
